The Wycliffe Shop and Shop.Wycliffe.Org are open for business! We are pleased to be able to ship gifts and books that reflect our deep love for the people of the world and the work of Bible translation. As we work to fulfill your order, please know that we are following these guidelines:
  • Increased cleaning routines. We will be regularly sanitizing frequently touched surfaces.
  • Masks are required for all employees and customers.
  • Staff are required to complete a health check and temperature screening at home, prior to coming to work. 
  • All employees who have any symptoms of COVID-19 are required to self quarantine per CDC guidelines.
  • Enforce social distancing throughout our facilities.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders usually process within one business day but can take up to 48 hours to process on regular business days between order receipt, processing and shipping. Orders for pick up in Orlando also require processing time of up to one business day.  Shipping time varies with method chosen and can take between 3-10 business days on average.

I'm Wycliffe Staff - How do I set up my internal account?

It takes about one business day to set up your internal account.  Please set up your customer account and utilize your Wycliffe (or affiliated) email address.  We check for new accounts and activate Staff pages each morning. Sometimes you need to refresh to see the changes once we have made them.   

I want to pick up my order in Orlando - how long does that take and when can I do that?

Our online pickup for staff is available Monday-Friday from 10-4pm.  Please allow one business day for us to process orders for pickup. Your order will be available from the pickup shelf at the Orlando Offices once you have been notified.

Oops - I have an event and need a rush order!

We will do our best to accommodate rush orders for same day pick up or shipping. Please allow 3 hours for pickup and order processing to occur.  

Orders must be received by 1pm to ship same day or pickup by 4pm.  Please notify us in the notes section of your order and give us a call at 407-852-3781. Our phones are not monitored at all times but we will be happy to return your call.

Is every item you have available online or in your store?

We have some items that are only available online and some that are only in store.  If you've seen an item in our shop while visiting but don't see it online - give us a call and we would be happy to help.  Additionally, some items are only available online and may require 24-48 hours to process for pickup or shipment.
